Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the RiderBet platform, including account registration, deposits, bonuses, withdrawals and dispute resolution. By creating an account, a player confirms they are at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that online gambling is lawful where they reside. These terms summarize the operative rules; the full legal agreement is presented during account registration.

Eligibility

Registration is restricted to individuals who have reached the legal gambling age in their place of residence, with a minimum threshold of 18 in all cases. One account is permitted per person, household and payment method. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and forfeiture of any associated balance beyond the original deposited amount. Employees of the operator, its licensing affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a playing account.

Account Verification

Players may be asked to confirm their identity, address and payment method ownership at any point, and must do so before a first withdrawal is released. Accepted documents include a government-issued photo ID, a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months, and a photo of the payment card used (with middle digits obscured) where applicable. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of document submission.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit minimums and maximums vary by method and are listed on the Payments table on the homepage. Withdrawals are paid back to the original deposit method where possible, up to the amount deposited through that method, with any remaining balance paid via bank transfer. Monthly withdrawal caps apply as follows.

Verification LevelMonthly Withdrawal Cap
Basic (email verified)$3,000
Standard (ID verified)$15,000
Full (ID + address + source of funds)$75,000

Players wishing to withdraw above the Standard tier should expect a source-of-funds request as part of anti-money-laundering obligations under the operator’s licence.

Bonus Terms

Bonus-specific terms (wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games and expiry windows) are detailed on the Bonuses page and form part of this agreement once a bonus is accepted. The operator reserves the right to void bonus winnings where a maximum bet, game restriction or multi-accounting rule has been breached, following an internal review with written notice to the player.

Player Conduct

Players agree not to use bots, automated scripts or third-party software to interact with games, not to collude with other players in live or tournament formats, and not to exploit software errors for financial gain. Any balance accrued through a confirmed exploit or error will be removed from the account, and the operator will correct the error going forward.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints should first be raised with customer support through live chat or email. If unresolved within 14 days, a player may escalate the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service recognised by the Malta Gaming Authority, details of which are provided by support on request. The operator aims to resolve standard complaints within 5 business days.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new game or payment partners, or operational updates. Material changes are notified by email or an account dashboard notice at least 7 days before taking effect, except where a regulator requires immediate implementation.
